ODM order process
1. The salesman receives the customer's demand: micromotors or nail drill ODM
2. We will introduced the whole series of our micromotors equipment, customer can select the certain type of micromotor. We will send the prototype to the customer and wait for the customer's test results after payment of micromotor prototype.
3. If the customers are satisfied with the test result of micromotors, we will communicate with customers for the quantity of first order. In addition, we also stipulate the minimum order quantity of ODM.
4. We will calculate the cost of appearance design, plastic mold, one-time handboard and customization product quantity according to the customized requirements of customers.
5. We will start the negotiation and confirmation process of ODM details after we receive the payment of order plan(including the expenses of appearance design, one-time handboard fee).
6. Negotiation & confirmation of plastic shape mold design: A.Renhe's design department will cooperate with customers to design the plastic shape in order to satisfy customers’ requirement, B. The design department will send the final confirmed plastic shape design draft to production technology department to confirm whether the final shape, internal structure size and other information are accurate. C. The purchasing department shall place an order with the mold factory to make the hand board sample according to the design draft provided by the production technology department. And the salesman to let the customer confirm whether the hand board sample meets the customer's requirements. D. After receiving the confirmation of the customer's sample of the counter plate, the salesman shall inform the customer to pay the full amount of the plastic mold fee and 50% of the order. E. The purchasing department starts to open and produce customized plastic shapes with the mold factory
7. PVC surface paste, bottom technical parameter paste and user manual customization of control box: A.The design department sends the original design of Renhe's regular products, and the customer customizes the design pastes. B. The design department will send the customized surface stickers designed by customers to the production technology department to confirm that the technical parameters and identification details are consistent with the machine. C. After the confirmation of the production technology department, the purchasing department shall interface with the printing manufacturer, modify the customized face-to-face paste in combination with the printing process, and forward it to the salesman D. After the salesman and the customer confirm the customized face-to-face pasting, the purchasing department begins to conduct printing procurement with the printing manufacturer.
8. Customized laser marking of handpiece: A. The design department sends the design originals of Renhe's regular products, which are customized by customers. B. After the design department sends the customer's design draft to production technology department, Our production technology department will make samples through the laser marking machine and send them to the salesman for forwarding to the customer for confirmation.
9. Confirmation of customized equipment prototype: A. After the production technology department completes the customized equipment prototype, it will send a final product prototype to the customer for confirmation B. After the customer confirms that all details are executed correctly, the production department begins to arrange the production of large orders.
10. We will start mass production once received 50% deposit, collect the remaining 50% before delivery.
OEM order process

3. If the customers are satisfied with the test result of micromotors, we will communicate with customers for the quantity of first order. In addition, we also stipulate the minimum order quantity of OEM.
4. We will propose the order expenses as following: confirm the total amount of the ordered products, collect additional packaging fees in advance (for example, 1000 sets of the initial packaging quantity, 500 sets of the customer's machine order, the remaining 500 sets of packaging fees need to be collected in advance, and the fees collected in advance will be returned to the next 500 sets of order)
5. After the customer confirms the order, 50% of the total amount shall be paid as the deposit. We will start the negotiation and confirmation process of OEM details.

As we have professional technology team, if you have any problem of micromotor or nail drill, we will provide multiple assistant to fix it, no matter your order ODM or OEM. A. Our team will communicate the specific problems and determine the reasons. B. Our technician will connect you with video in order to teach the customer to disassemble. If there is a problem with some parts, we will send the parts to the customer. C. if it can't be solved, the customer will be reissued.
